With a 95% first-time QAQC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) pass rate, our QAQC is built for speed and quality. Every deliverable, A/B test, design, and development update, is peer-reviewed, then signed off by our Head of Design and Development before we even send over a preview link to you.
Strategy and design have mandatory peer reviews, with sign-off by our lead CRO strategists, while Development has both design-parity QA and a separate code review.
Only once a task has passed the initial QA and Code Review, will it move to our Head of Design and Development for internal sign-off. And then we share it with you for final approval before pushing anything live.
