Our onboarding begins by inviting you to your own Monday.com board, and we’ll explain how we use the tool in our partnership. Your Account Manager will also request access to your Shopify store and any other platforms required. Your First Month with Blend

You could call your first month Blend Data Month. We’ll be spending time analysing your data from beginning to end, whether in the form of a CRO Audit, Heatmap Analysis, Klaviyo Audit, User Journey Mapping, or a combination. These analyses will give you and our Strategists a deeper understanding of your brand and audience. We’ll kick off our relationship with a Discovery Call between your team and ours. We want to understand everything there is to know about your business, including what you’ve tried before, any business nuances and everything about your Shopify Store. We’ll agree to our initial first-month tasks to uncover the data, insights and recommendations that will guide your initial PECTI (priority list of tasks) for the upcoming month.
