How long does it take to complete a CRO audit?
Our CRO Audits take 3 weeks if you already have a heatmapping tool, like Microsoft Clarity, installed. If you don't have heatmapping installed, no problem! Simply install Microsoft Clarity (it's a free platform) on your Shopify store, and Blend will set up Clarity and install the code for you. We will need 4-5 weeks if you don't have a heatmapping tool running to ensure we collect enough data to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Do you only work with Shopify stores?
We get that not every eCommerce business runs on Shopify, and you might be wondering if our expertise can still help you.
While our team specializes in Shopify and implements our CRO Program exclusively for Shopify stores, we know that conversion challenges exist across all platforms.
That’s why we offer CRO Audits for eCommerce brands on other platforms. Our audit process uncovers key areas of opportunity, whether you’re on Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or another platform. While we won’t directly implement changes on non-Shopify stores, we provide clear, actionable insights that your internal team or developers can execute to improve your store’s performance.
