Through our work with Fresh Patch, Blend has focused on creating a seamless and engaging user experience. With continuous A/B testing, we’ve made significant improvements to the product detail pages, ensuring that key information is clearly presented. This includes enhancing mobile compatibility with better visuals and intuitive interfaces. Product descriptions were also updated to provide more detailed information about grass sizes and pet suitability, helping customers make informed decisions.
A major enhancement were the optimisations to Fresh Patch's subscription service. Over the years, we have continuously worked on the front end of Fresh Patch’s subscriptions to improve the visual appeal and functionality to help increase subscription rates and customer satisfaction. Over and above improving the UI, some of the ways we’ve done this on PDPs is through making subscriptions the default choice, A/B testing subscription language, clearly highlighting the savings customers could achieve through subscriptions, and providing clear options for delivery frequency.
To streamline the shopping process, we implemented the Rebuy Smart Cart, which offered personalised product recommendations as upsells and a more efficient checkout experience. Adding detailed shipping information during checkout helped provide transparency and build customer trust. Speaking of customer trust, we also redesigned the article pages to enhance readability and engagement, making valuable content more accessible to users, as well as updated the site’s branding to align with Fresh Patch’s latest guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and appealing visual identity.
