The kick-off call gives us more insight into what has worked, what hasn’t, your routine, what tools you’re using, and everything in between. Whether you’re starting your email marketing from scratch or migrating a large list of subscribers, we can help you get set up with everything you need.

A Clean Email Marketing List

It’s important to have a clean sending list before beginning a Klaviyo setup. Why? For starters, your Klaviyo cost is dependent on the number of profiles in your account. But this isn’t the only reason. Your deliverability is important to ensure you don’t end up in the ‘Promotions’ tab, or, worse, spam. The Blend team will clean your list to ensure it’s as clean as possible for migration.

Your Klaviyo Email Template

We’ll then start building an email template you can use throughout all email campaigns and flows. While you’d never use all sections created in one place, the goal behind this is not only to streamline your email creation and allow you to make time-sensitive campaigns quickly but also to create a branded off-site environment that your customers recognise immediately to increase brand trust. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback on the design to ensure we hit the mark before we begin building the template within Klaviyo.

Your Klaviyo Sign-Up Forms

The Blend team will analyse your site and audience before creating a data-driven sign-up form strategy to ensure we capture all those visitors you’re driving to your site. We’ll then take this strategy into design before building them out in Klaviyo. Like with the email template, you’ll be able to provide feedback on each step, from strategy to design to build, before we move on to the next step.

Once you’ve approved the email template and it’s been built in Klaviyo, we’ll move on to developing the strategies for your Core Flows. We’ll also provide an in-depth loom video that walks you through the logic of each strategy before we develop the content for each flow. As with other tasks, you will approve each step along the way. 

Advanced Klaviyo Flows

Not every brand can get away with the basics. It’s important to consider who your brand is, who your audience is, and what advanced needs your Klaviyo account may need. With Klaviyo’s robust integration list, your Blend team will also be there to strategise and create content for advanced Klaviyo flows that are based on subscription welcomes and cancellations, additional personalisation emails with the use of tools like Octane AI, and any loyalty flows you may need.

As tasks are completed, they’ll undergo a rigorous QAQC process that allows us to triple-check all work before being handed over to you. No flow or campaign goes live or is implemented without your approval. Through transparent communication, you’ll know exactly what’s happening and when it’s happening, and you’ll never be left in the dark. Your Blend team will work closely with you to ensure your customers have the best off-site experience, leading them back to your store. Your clean sending list will be migrated over to Klaviyo once all tasks have been implemented and flows are set live, ensuring there is no gap in your email marketing sending.

This depends on what your Klaviyo account needs, what third-party apps are integrated into your Shopify store, and how quickly your team can provide feedback and/or sign off on tasks. We remain agile and are aware that certain things have higher priority than others. Should anything need to be reprioritised to meet a deadline, we are happy to do so. On average, setups can take 8-12 weeks for the Core Setup. An Advanced Setup, including subscription and/or loyalty flows, will increase this lead time to around 16 weeks.

During our strategy process, we analyse your Shopify store, your audience, and the conversion funnel to make decisions on where forms are placed, how they’re triggered, and what type of content they should have to ensure we are capturing all that hard-earned traffic you’re driving to your store.

Yes. We create designs based on your website design, best practices, and CX to create a seamless journey from on-site to off-site. We also consider your industry and the elements you’ll need most. Your email template will contain a myriad of sections that you can use throughout your emails, making professional email creation quick and easy. You’ll also be provided a video on how to use the template and replace items as needed. All designs will be passed to you for approval before we begin the build within Klaviyo itself.

Well, that all depends on what you need.
