Ollie works closely with strategy, design, and development to keep projects moving smoothly, asks the right questions early, and makes sure the final build matches what was intended. He’s also big on doing things properly the first time, from responsiveness to edge cases to overall polish.
Internally, Ollie is known for raising the standard and keeping teams steady. People go to him when something needs a clear answer, a smart solution, or a second set of eyes that will catch what others missed. He also invests a lot of time in coaching and supporting newer talent.
