To increase brand trust and engagement on the PDP, the client looked to add imagery to selected reviews before displaying the rest of the reviews. This can draw attraction to the reviews area, thereby increasing brand trust and conversion rates.
The Results
We observed significant improvements in several metrics, including a 5.02% increase in clicks on “Add to Cart” button, a 3.61% rise in the eCommerce Conversion Rate, and a 3.62% increase in 50% Scroll Depth. Additionally, we saw a 15.94% improvement in Average Session Duration. We set Variant 1 live permanently.
