The reason your visitors aren’t converting isn’t hidden in your analytics dashboard.

You can slice and dice GA4 a hundred ways, and you’ll still only be left with clues.

Because GA4 data only shows you the effect.

It can’t tell you:

  • What made them hesitate
  • What made them anxious
  • What confused them
  • What frustrated them

If your CRO process only involved looking at GA4, you’re guessing at how to address the symptoms.

  • You change the hero.
  • You change the CTA.
  • You change the layout.
  • You change the pop-up timing.

You end up with more inconclusive tests than conclusive tests.

And you very rarely get any meaningful uplift.

What you’re missing is qualitative data.

It tells you what is causing the effect.

And once you know that…
