Who we're looking for
We're currently seeking an experienced, UK based, Account Manager to join our team in our Alcester office or remotely in the UK.
We are a fast-growing, creative E-commerce company experiencing rapid growth at an exciting time.
You will need to be an organised, team-player who loves fostering relationships both with colleagues and especially clients and wants to help grow our business as well as the business of the clients that you’re looking after.
A typical day in your role
- Organising complex discussions and ideas into a manageable format for clients using Monday.com (project management system)
- Facilitating communication between clients and the development team
- Working closely with another account manager
- Problem solving for your clients
- Meetings with clients and the team via video and in-person meetings
- Prioritising tasks in order of importance
- Attention to detail
- Incredibly organised with the ability to follow through with tasks
- Goal oriented and able to work to deadlines
- Friendly, outgoing and polite whilst remaining professional, approachable and helpful
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- The confidence to record videos for clients and join video chats
- The ability to prioritise and manage several different tasks simultaneously
- Minimum 2 years account management experience or 1 years eCommerce agency experience.
- Experience with Shopify or eCommerce is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial experience or working with a startup is highly desirable
- A degree in marketing, business or business management is highly desirable
